Ever wonder what kinds of real estate videos you could upload on your social media accounts?
You can try the seven types of real estate videos listed below.

1. Listing videos

These videos feature your listings, whether they are sold, under contract, or simply available for sale. Your target audience should be aware of the kinds of houses you’re selling or the ones that are currently up for sale.

2. Testimonial videos

These videos feature testimonials from some of your previous clients on their experiences with you. It provides potential clients with information about what it’s like to work with you. These are powerful for prospective clients, they trust other home buyers like them, so get as many testimonial videos as you can. Because those can get you more business.

3. Agent Introduction Video

You will describe yourself to a potential client, showcasing why they should choose you as their real estate agent. If you’re on a team you also get to introduce your key team members, their real estate specialty, experience and their personalities. This is a great way to connect with potential clients and start that relationship.

4. Expert videos

These expert-recommended videos offer advice to potential clients or business partners. What tips would you give to new agents or those wishing to enter the real estate market? It will show your audience how knowledgeable and capable you are in the field.

5. Advice video

In this part, you can offer advice to sellers, buyers, or even agents on how to cope with the market and what they should know before entering the real estate market or beginning their home-buying or selling journey. This is similar to expert videos.

6. Guided tour video

You may offer a glimpse of the homes you’re selling to your viewers in this video. This is great for building your social media following while also converting those followers in to clients. These aren’t difficult to do either, just take a video walking through the home as you would if you were showing them in person. You can customize it with music, text and more to make it yours. These videos are very popular and do great on all social media platforms.

 

7. Educational video

These videos could educate potential clients on the real estate market and some of the trends that may affect or help them in making decisions about when to buy, what homes to buy, or which neighborhood is best for them. This builds trust and credibility with current or potential clients. These go a long way in providing answers for those locally to you, it also helps those out of your state. Who knows, maybe someone across the country wants to move to your area and finds your video. These types of educational videos are often applicable to any market, not just your local one.
