Samuel “Brooks” Trisler served over 20 years in executive management as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) for Big 4 Accounting firm, Deloitte and Touche, and Fortune 500 companies across many industries. He directed large teams in excess of 50 members and trained hundreds of professionals. As a CPA, Brooks is required to maintain public trust, integrity, objectivity and due care. Over the course of his career, he has worked with many high-net-worth individuals and has generated over $4 million in business. Brooks’ experience placed him on teams with thought leaders where he worked on complex real estate structures and transactions. He is considered to be an industry expert. His vast professional network ensures that every situation has a strategy and a solution. Brooks is a man of faith and is active in ministry. He is a proud father and his daughter is also a real estate advisor learning the business under his supervision. His favorite book is Napoleon Hill’s, Think and Grow Rich.

Danny Peters Real Estate Advisor

Danny Peters is an agent at i-Lead Realty Company, a company that is not only passionate about adding value to others but one that is also committed to building long-lasting and deep relationships with those that we serve, adding them to our “family”. Danny is a graduate from Texas Christian University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in writing. After college, Danny unknowingly began his career in real estate- just a different form of it, as he joined an oil and gas company as a lease analyst. After the owner of that company retired, Danny tried a few different oil & gas sales positions, only to realize that sort of life was rather unfulfilling. Danny next decided life was better spent helping others by building relationships and assisting them with home purchasing and selling as a real estate agent, and that’s where he found his passion for helping others, at i-Lead Realty.

Christopher Pittman Sales Director

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA where my family enjoyed relaxing by the beach, walking the hills and many other outdoor activities. I graduated from the famous Hollywood High School where I ran track and field and that carried over to Santa Monica City College. I am fluent in English and Spanish allowing me to help both communities. I have been involved in missionary work for Mexico for over two years and have spent the last 13 years learning everything there is to know about the sales industry – from prospecting in the market place to closing major deals. This experience has allowed me to grow from working in car sales, being a door-to-door salesman and working for Grant Cardone University where I sold programs, onboarded clients and served as a training consultant for 200+ companies. As a Business and Sales Trainer, I help your business grow by training companies how to:

● Sell products/services
● Scale the business
● Hold Accountable and achieve revenue targets/goals

Hope Lewis Creative Services Director

Hope Lewis grew up in her hometown of Burleson, Texas. She is an alumna from Texas Christian University with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Film/Television/Digital Media. Following graduation, she began looking for a career where her passion for creativity and working in a team environment could be fulfilled. With years of experience in video production and managing social media platforms, Hope’s mission at i-Lead Realty Group is to bring impactful stories to life and create captivating content for viewers to enjoy. In her leisure time, Hope loves spending quality time with her family and doing outdoor activities such as off-roading and fishing. Her right-brained personality makes her a very creative, intuitive, and driven individual who believes if you can’t stop dreaming about something, don’t stop working for it.

I'm originally from Shreveport, LA and have been in DFW for the past 18 years. I worked in Project Management for 15 years before pursuing real estate. I love spending time with my two sons and watching sports. Building relationships and being able to help people attain their real estate goals is a joy and passion for me. One thing I say to myself and others often is "believe in something greater than yourself and watch something greater happen in your life.

Danielle "Dani" Badgett is a licensed real estate agent in both Texas and Arizona. With over 10 years of experience in education, she has a passion for building relationships with clients and assisting them in their real estate journey. Dani has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Mississippi University for Women and an M.S. in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. Dani's large family of 5 brothers and sisters also gives her practice with negotiating and conflict resolution! Because of her array of experiences, she has the skills necessary for both educating clients and creating win-win strategies. Her favorite book is The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

Caitlyn Latson Creative Services Director

I grew up with a deep love for media and its communication. From the overall scope to the smallest detail. I am motivated to achieve the highest quality and success. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Digital Media in December 2020, combining my individual interest with formal education. During my first year of college, I played NCAA Basketball. When I’m not creating content: I enjoy being outside, working out, and playing guitar.

Angel DeLory Real Estate Advisor

Angel DeLory was born in Toledo, OH, and was raised in MI, just south of Detroit. She joined the Army at the age of 18 and worked as a Counter-Intelligence agent; helping find those who were selling our classified information. After the Army, she got her degree in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and spent the next 20 years in banking. Understanding banking and finance is a great asset to help her clients in real estate. Angel is a huge fan of building relationships and helping others. As a realtor, she is quick to discover her client’s needs and goals to help them achieve their dreams.

I was born and raised in the Philippines and have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management. I put my degree to use while working in the logistics industry for six years. I became interested in graphic design, social media management, and video editing after becoming a member of a group that performs various community services, as I am the person in charge of such tasks. Since then, I've dedicated my time to learning and honing my skills. I also started working as a Virtual Assistant for various clients in the US, UK, and Singapore, and I became a blog content writer, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm a fur parent to my two golden retrievers, Star and Light, and in my spare time, I enjoy biking or spending time alone at the beach.

I was born and raised in El Salvador, Central America. I am bilingual with an advanced level in English and Spanish which allows me to work with people from both cultures. I graduated in Business Administration and I have 5 years of work experience, in which I have focused on the areas of logistics, purchasing and import. I have certification in Project Management, Strategy and Operations, Microsoft Power BI; among others. In my free time, I love to spend time with family, friends and girlfriend, go fishing and play soccer.

Phillip Hopkins Inside Sales Agent

Philip grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia where he graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing with a minor in Communications. Philip used his creative background in marketing to help come up with new out of the box ideas to help with luxury lease up for properties in Virginia. Wanting to advance his career, Philip decided to trade in his flip-flops for cowboy boots and move to Texas. Philip's mantra, to be in touch and stay in touch, is the key to his long-term relationships with his clients. As a focused listener, he builds rapport with each lead in hopes of helping them find the perfect home. He understands the buying process can be stressful at times but his focus is to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
