Samuel “Brooks” Trisler served over 20 years in executive management as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) for Big 4 Accounting firm, Deloitte and Touche, and Fortune 500 companies across many industries. He directed large teams in excess of 50 members and trained hundreds of professionals. As a CPA, Brooks is required to maintain public trust, integrity, objectivity and due care. Over the course of his career, he has worked with many high-net-worth individuals and has generated over $4 million in business. Brooks’ experience placed him on teams with thought leaders where he worked on complex real estate structures and transactions. He is considered to be an industry expert. His vast professional network ensures that every situation has a strategy and a solution. Brooks is a man of faith and is active in ministry. He is a proud father and his daughter is also a real estate advisor learning the business under his supervision. His favorite book is Napoleon Hill’s, Think and Grow Rich.

My name is Brooke Sewell, I was born outside of Jackson, MS and raised in Allen, TX. I have a beautiful 1 year old daughter and wonderful husband. We like to go for walks around our local park, spend time at the lake during the summer and catch the latest movies. My dad, and group leader, Brooks Trisler introduced me to the real estate industry after he discovered how powerful it can be. How wonderful it feels to help a family in need have somewhere to call home or helping a family move on to the next big step in their life, wether that be upsizing or downsizing. We get the privilege of being a small part of these moments with our clients and helping them find the easiest and most enjoyable transition possible. Danny Peters is an agent at i-Lead Realty Company, a company that is not only passionate about adding value to others but one that is also committed to building long-lasting and deep relationships with those that we serve, adding them to our “family”. Danny is a graduate from Texas Christian University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in writing. After college, Danny unknowingly began his career in real estate- just a different form of it, as he joined an oil and gas company as a lease analyst. After the owner of that company retired, Danny tried a few different oil & gas sales positions, only to realize that sort of life was rather unfulfilling. Danny next decided life was better spent helping others by building relationships and assisting them with home purchasing and selling as a real estate agent, and that’s where he found his passion for helping others, at i-Lead Realty.

My name is Donovan Broadus. I grew up in Texas in a little town called Mansfield. Three things I could not live without are Technology, Fitness, and my family. I started out in the Automotive Industry as a valet, and worked my way up to become a Sales Consultant. After that, I switched into my passion, Information Technology. Hi, my name is Matthew Taylor. I was born in Waco, Texas and moved to the DFW area in fall of 2015. Some of my favorite things to do are travel, try new food, and drink coffee or good wine. I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in religion and received a Master’s of Theological Studies with a concentration in continental philosophy from Texas Christian University. Before I head on to complete my PhD, I decided to take a few years to pursue my other passion: real estate. I love interior design and home renovation, but the process of finding the right property for the right person is a truly special journey. Jennifer Baer is an emerging Real Estate partner. Born and raised in Red Oak, TX, she spent her youth at First Baptist Church Lancaster, and playing soccer at Ovilla Christian School. After, pursued a degree in Business Administration at Dallas Baptist University and University of North Texas. In her spare time, Jennifer is a personal chef and an incredible animal lover. Her dream is to travel the world and eventually open a massive animal sanctuary on her family's land in Red Oak one day soon.

Sergio Garcia Real Estate Advisor

Sergio Garcia is an alumnus from the University of North Texas where he graduated with a double major in Logistics and Supply Chain and Marketing. After graduation, he began his career in real estate in 2018. In 2020 he obtained his real estate license and became the co-founder of Homestyle Living LLC, a company that works to provide families with a home they can call their own. Sergio is highly talented in estimating repair costs, due to his background in renovating homes. Sergio is also patient and dedicated to any client looking for a new home. He is well organized and a fast responder, always open for calls and assistance when needed.

I grew up in the suburbs of Northeast San Antonio but moved to Dallas in 2011 to attend Dallas Baptist University. After graduating, I married my wife, Sarah, in 2015 and spent the next several years working in ministry with students and playing music. I decided to move in a new direction and pursue Real Estate with a desire to serve people in a new way. It is my empathy, hunger for knowledge and desire to serve others that drives me towards excellence in all I do, now particularly in Real Estate. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring my city, taking photos, traveling, hiking and spending time with my wife and our two dogs.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA where my family enjoyed relaxing by the beach, walking the hills and many other outdoor activities. I graduated from the famous Hollywood High School where I ran track and field and that carried over to Santa Monica City College. I am fluent in English and Spanish allowing me to help both communities. I have been involved in missionary work for Mexico for over two years and have spent the last 13 years learning everything there is to know about the sales industry – from prospecting in the market place to closing major deals. This experience has allowed me to grow from working in car sales, being a door-to-door salesman and working for Grant Cardone University where I sold programs, onboarded clients and served as a training consultant for 200+ companies. As a Business and Sales Trainer, I help your business grow by training companies how to:
